We are, by copy of this letter, notifying the Swanson's and their architect that the septic tank serving the caretaker unit will need to be a minimum of 750 gallons rather than the 500 gallon tank indicated on the planset. In returning to my copy of the Pitkin County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulation, I do note the requirement for a minimum 750 gallon tank so I apologize for missing that. Thank you for your follow-up. It is our understanding that this revision to the information indicated in the planset issued under our Job Number 2003-129.001 will be sufficient for issuance of an ISDS permit for the Swansons.
