The Pitkin County Environmental Assessment Contract (the "Agreement") dated
September 27, 2004 between Pitkin County (the "County") and Barnard Dunkelberg and
company, Inc. ("Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
I. Scope of Work
Contractor shall complete the additional scope of work on Phase II of an
Environmental Assessment for a proposed runway extension as outlined in the
attached correspondence dated March 19, 2010.
II. Compensation
Compensation for the Additional Scope of Work/Exhibit A shall not exceed
$11,000.00.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains
unchanged by this Amendment.

Mr. Ulane:
Per our conversation last week, additional fee will be necessary to complete
elements of the Land Use Application that were not originally scoped for the
Runway Extension Environmental Assessment. This includes creating sketches
for three additional view points; points 3, 4 and 7 and to prepare the night view
photo additionally for view point 7. The cost to do the three view points is $3,000
each ($9,000) and the cost for the night view is $1,500. In addition, a production
fee of $500 is required for a total of $11,000.
