ADJUSTMENT CITIZEN BOARD, DORIS DOWNEY AS A REGULAR MEMBER TO THE
CITIZEN GRANT REVIEW COMMITTEE AND DAVID JOHNSON AS AN ALTERNATE
MEMBER TO THE BROADCAST SERVICES BOARD

RECITALS
Volunteer Citizen Boards are established per the Home Rule Charter and State Statute.
2. The Board of County Commissioners has interviewed Patrick McAllister previously for the
Board of Adjustment alternate member and now wishes to make the following regular
appointment due to the passing of Michael Cooper.
The Board of County Commissioners has interviewed Doris Downey for the Citizen Grant
Review Committee as a regular member and wishes to make the following appointment.
The Board of County Commissioners has interviewed David Johnson for the Broadcast
Services Board as an alternate member and wishes to make the following appointment.
3. These appointments are effective as of this date August 12, 2009.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado, that the following appointment is made:

Patrick McAllister, regular member April 1, 2010
Citizen Grant Review Committee Term Exoires
Doris Downey, regular member April 1, 2012
Broadcast Services Board Term Exoires
David Johnson, alternate member April 1, 2012
