The fees for new license applications with concurrent review have been reduced from $1125.00 to $995 .00. BACKGROUND: Pursuant to Resolution No. 094-2008, the Board of County Commissioners adopted the most recent liquor license permit application fees authorized by the state liquor license authority, which included a $ l 025.00 state fee for new and transfer of ownership liquor license application fees with a $1 2 .00 fees for concurrent review. Therefore, because of this reduction in fees, by the state, the board needs to amend the current liquor license application fees that the county collects accordingly. BUDGETARY IMPACT: This will not result in any budgetary impact for the 2010 budget due to the fact that the reduction in fees is only at the state level. RECOMMENDED OCC ACTION: Motion to approve the resolution adopting a liquor license application fee schedule reflecting the revised state fees for new and transfer of ownership liquor license applications. The fee for each permit with concurrent review has been reduced from $1125 to $995.00. The new fee schedule will go into effect beginning December 1, 2010.
