AGENDA ITEM TITLE: Application for a Transfer of Ownership Liquor
License for the Meredith Frying Pan Store

SUMMARY OF ISSUE: Lisa Gannon, applicant, has applied for a Transfer of
Ownership Retail Liquor License. The name of the establishment to be licensed
is the Meredith Frying Pan Store located at 22955 Frying Pan Road, Meredith,
Colorado. The premises have been posted within the allotted time period. The
Environmental Health Department, Sheriff's Dept., Police Dept., Treasurer's
Office and Building Dept. have been notified and have no objections to this
license. The fingerprint cards have been submitted to the Colorado Bureau of
Investigation. Attached is a copy of the application. Due to personal
information having to be submitted for this application the complete file is
available in the Clerk and Recorder's Office.
BACKGROUND: A liquor license was previously held by the Connell Companies
who has consented to transferring their license to Ms. Gannon. There have
never been any issues associated with the operation of this establishment.
KEY DISCUSSION ITEMS: Staff and the applicant will be present to answer any
questions the board might have.
RECOMMENDED BOCC ACTION: Approval of the liquor license application for.
the Meredith Frying Pan Store, pending the clearing of the fingerprints from the
Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
