VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND AUTHORITIES

RECITALS
1. The Pitkin County Commissioners are the duly elected representatives of the voters of
Pitkin County.
2. As such, the Pitkin County Commissioners serve on various Boards, Committees, and
Authorities concerned with significant local issues and activities. At their work session on January
11, 2011 the Board of County Commissioners discussed these various committees and now wish to
make the following appointments including Board Chair and Vice - Chair:

and will remain in effect for the balance of 2011 unless it is necessary to change such appointments
at a later time, which will be done by subsequent Resolution.
