Description of Chanee:
Company Name Change Oxily, all other terms and conditions remain in original contract 158.2009. Former
contract agreement was with Rocky Mountain Disposals.
THIS CONTRACT is made and entered by and between the Pitkin County Board of County
Commissioners ("County") and Mountain Roll-offs, Inc. (MRII 1800 Medicine Bow Ct. Silt,
Colorado 81652 970.876.5900. Fax 970.876-5902 (hereinafter "Contractor").
Reason for Chanee
Rocky Mountain Disposals was purchased by Mountain Roll-offs, Inc., in December 2010. This change
will allow the County to maintain the service contract; all services, schedules, dates; scope and fee's remain
unchanged under the current contract.
