Attached please find Location Sketches for the HVAC Pads in the crawl spaces in both cabins as well as the floor access panel locations. We have modified the access panel sizes slightly on the recommendation of our HVAC contractor The equipment that will be mounted on these pads consists of one 60,000 BTU, 92 1 /6, high efficient, 2 stage, gas furnace package and one 40 gallon low boy type gas water heater. 2. Joanna, e firm of R. A. Nelson was the low bidder. Please make this change on the official documents. Thank you! 3. Lance Clarke determined that there was a $3,278.00 fee due for road impacts. There is not likely to be any increased impact from that use of the facility. I don't feel I can waive the fee for the office cabin . That is clearly a typical office use that will apparently house three employees who will be commuting to the Ranch. Yes, you won't have to be running back and forth to the AABC, but that AABC space will ultimately be occupied by other office users when you vacate the space, so there is additional impact as a result of the new space you will be putting in operation .
