CON TRACTOR:
The Contract for State Highway 82 Access Control Plan Update (the "Agreement ") dated 2008 between
the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County ") and PBS &J, now Atkins (the
"Contractor "), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Additional options have been identified by the BOCC. These will need to be hashed out by completing
an Operational Analysis, having additional County Commission meetings, a final stakeholder meeting,
finalize IGA an ACP document and various other project management and administrative tasks. These
are lined out as attached.
Additionally, PBS &J has also been acquired by Atkins, relevant information as attached

Additional work requested by BOCC
Original Contract Price $ 48,561.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price (this change order) $ 17,600.00
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.

It has been an exciting year for our company as we start a new chapter in our history. In October of last
year PBS &J became an Atkins company, and on April 1, 2011, we change our name officially to Atkins
North America, Inc. Although we have a new name, we will continue to support your needs with the
same great staff offering the same level of technical excellence, quality service, and timely response you
have come to expect.
To resolve any confusion, here are some clarifications concerning our name change.
• Effective April 1, 2011 Post, Buckley, Schuh and Jernigan , Inc (PBS &J) will change its name
to Atkins North America, Inc.
• Atkins North America, Inc. remains incorporated in Florida, so it is a US company.
•
• Our federal tax ID number will not change. A Form W -9 reflecting our name change is
attached so that you may easily update your records.
• Our business address, bank accounts, and wiring instructions will not change.
• Our company management, technical staff and financial personnel will not change.
