This Supplemental Agreement entered into this Z y day of

COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO
hereinafter called the Lessor, WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS on July 28, 1975, the parties entered into Lease No. DOT -FA75RM -0680
covering the right to set one (1) pole each for LDIN SITE No. 3 and 4 with strobe
light fixture(s) fixed upon said pole which will be located no closer than 40 feet
from center of railroad right -of -way.
NOW THEREFORE, the said lease is modified effective November 10, 1975 in
the following particulars and no others:
DELETE: Article 1, legal description. " • . • Site No. 4 is + 2 feet .
southerly of mile post 394 and is situated on the westerly side of the
