APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COLORADO RIVER WATER
CONSERVATION DISTRICT

RECITALS
1. The Pitkin County Commissioners are the duly elected representatives of the voters
of Pitkin County.
2. As such, the Pitkin County Commissioners make appointments to various Boards,
Committees and Authorities concerned with significant local issues and activities.
3. The Regular Commissioner Meeting of August 8 provides an appropriate occasion
to appoint Tom Dunlop as Pitkin County's representative to the Colorado River
Water Conservation District.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Pitkin County, Colorado, does hereby make the following appointment effective this
date:

APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON THE 8'DAY OF AUGUST, 2001. PUBLISHED
AFTER ADOPTION IN THE ASPEN TIMES ON THE 18`h DAY OF AUGUST,
