County Attorney Oates stated to the meeting that 119- 3 -4(2) C.R.S. 1963 as amended to May 6, 1971, required that the Board of County Commissioners appoint a person to sign Special County Welfare warrants. He indicated that this function had been taken away from the County Clerk and Recorder. In addition to the signature of the person duly appointed, he stat- ed that it would be necessary that each of such warrants be signed by a member of the Board of County Commissioners designated by the Board for that purpose, and that both of such signatures shall indicate the approval of the Board of County Commissioners and the County Board of Public Welfare. On motion made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the following resolution was passed: RESOLUTION 01.!5 1 7 t BE IT RESOLVED that Wayne A.
