R E S O L U T I O N

BE IT RESOLVED, that the
actions of the Pitkin County Airport
Authority in proceeding with the app-
lication for PUC Authority to operate
a limousine service to and from the
Pitkin County Airport, be and the same �.
hereby is ratified, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that
the Pitkin County Attorney be and he

)'7I take all steps necessary to file and
presecute an application for such
authority.
The Board re- affirmed that all Snowmass at
Aspen roads are to be taken over for snow-
plowing only in October of 1971. Complete
maintenance will be taken over in the spring of
1972 as per the original agreement on a year to
year basis.
A Public Hearing was opened on the applica-
tion for liquor license by Resort Restaurants,
Inc. Applications were for the Timbers Twig
and the Ullrhof. There being no opposition
the application was approved subject to re-
ceiving a written lease on premises and sub -
ject to inspection by the Commissioners. Also
