CONTRACTOR: ICM Group, LLC.
The Library Safety Improvements; Stone Cap Replacement Contract #140.2011 (the "Agreement ") dated 8/29/2011
between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and ICM Group, LLC. (the
"Contractor "), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
This project will be carried forward to the spring of 2012. The stone was delayed due to server storms in the Denver
Metro area in October. The stone will be stored on ICM Group property for the winter, at no additional cost to Pitkin
County.
Reason for Change
Snow delays in getting the stone cut and delivered to Pitkin County before winter. The Contractor and the County
agreed that it was too late in the year to place the stone and mortar at this time to reduce risk of material failure. There
was an option to increase heating blankets to protect the site and help the drying process; however, this would have
increased the cost of the contract and timeline to complete the project.
Original Contract Price $ 30,000
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price (this change order) $ -0-
*Total Adjusted Contract Price (including this change order) $ 30.000
Thi change o der extends the time to complete work by 6 months and shall be completed by May 25, 2012.
