Both Boards moved to enter executive session in accordance with CRS 24 -6- 402(4) (a) (e) and
(b) for the purpose of discussing acquisitions, negotiations, and conference with attorney at
10:05a.m. The Boards adjourned executive session at 11:50 a.m.
