Saturday may 17, 1941, with the following members present: Orest A. Gerbaz, Chairman; George W. Smith, Commissioner, M. M. Neihardt, Clerk. The minutes of the meeting held May 5, 1941 were read and approved. The offer of 4300.00 for tax sale certificate and taxes up to and including 1939 on Lots n & B and `Nest 7 feet of Lot C in Block 96, aspen was tabled indefinitely. Then offers for tax sale certificates and taxes up to and including 1939 on the following properties were tabled until the meeting on June 2, 1941: 43.00 on S. 29 feet of Lots A & B, Block 75 43.00 on Lots D & , Block 75 43.00 on Lot F, Block 75 43.00 on Lots M IJ c 0, Block 75 43.00 on Lots P & cy, Block 75 :3.00 on Lots R & S, Block 75 The offer of 425.00 for tax sale certificate and taxes up to and including 1939 0 Dots G, H ' I, Block 34, Aspen Cert 96 12/17/38, was accepted. The County Treasurer was authorized and instructed to make the following transfers of funds: 4500.00 from the County Aid to Dependent Children Fund to State A D 0 Fund 43'00.00 from County =sdininistrative Fund to State administrative Fund. It was on motion agreed to order a Bridge for the County Road near the Gerbaz Ranch where said County Road crosses the Roaring Fork River. Said Bridge to consist of two steel trusses, 60 feet long (each) with three steel beams underneath at a cost of 42685.00 laid down at Woody Creek Station. Carrying capacity to be 15 Tons. To be paid in 5 equal payments as follows: 1st Payment on Delivery_ of Steel; Four additional payments each successive three months. To be ordered from Midwest Steel & Iron Co., Denver, Colo.
