The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, met at 10: . M., Friday
June 18, 1943, with the following members present; Orest A. Gerbaz, Chairman; Geo. W. Smith,
Commissioner; C. 0. Quam, Commissioner; M.M.Neihardt,Clerk. Minutes of meting held June 7,
1943 were read and approved. It was agreed to pay the sum of $15.00 on the Memorial to
men in the service of the United States, =dux which memorial was prepared by the American
LegIgn. Invitation was extended to Legion to place said memorial in lobby of Court House.
The County Treasurer was authorized and instructed to transfer $1,000.00 from Registered
Warrant Fund to Ordinary Count:_ Revenue Fund and .500.00 from Re_, Warrant Fund to State Spl Road Fund.
Warrants were audited, approved and ordered paid as follows from the POOR FUND.

Bills in the following gross amounts haveing been abbtoved by the Pitkin

No further busines appearing the Board adjourned to meet Tuesday July 6, 1943 at
10:00 A. M.
