RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY,
COLORADO,GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF RECORDING ALL FINAL PLAT
DOCUMENTS FOR THE LAZY GLEN MOBILE HOME PARK SUBDIVISION/PUD

RECITALS
l. Lazy Glen Homeowner's Association ("Applicant")has applied to the Pitkin County Board of
County Commissioners ("BOCC") for a third extension to record all Final Plat documents for the Lazy
Glen Mobile Home Park Subdivision up to and including November 2, 2001.
2. The Lazy Glen Mobile Home Park is located on the north side of Highway 82 at 101 Lazy Glen,
Snowmass,Colorado,more specifically described on Exhibit"A".
3. The BOCC granted Final Plat approval on February 9, 2000, pursuant to Resolution No. 021-
2000.
4. The BOCC granted an extension for filing all final plat documents at a public hearing on
February 14, 2001 until May 4,2001.
5. The BOCC granted a second extension for filing all final plat documents at a regular meeting on
May 9, 2001 until August 4, 2001, pursuant to Resolution No. 096-2001.
6. The BOCC considered the request at its regularly scheduled meeting on July 25, 2001 at which
time evidence and testimony were presented with respect to this application.
7. The BOCC determined that the requested extension is warranted and,therefore, found the
extension to be appropriate.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of County
Commissioners that it does hereby grant an extension of the Final Plat documents recording for the Lazy
Glen Mobile Home Park Subdivision/PUD until and including November 2, 2001, subject to the
following conditions which shall run with the land and be binding on all successors in interest:
I. The Applicant shall adhere to all material representations made in the application and public
meetings.
2. All conditions of Resolution Nos. 98-168 and 021-2000 shall remain in full force and effect.
3. No building permits shall be issued in Lazy Glen, except for the replacements of units that do not
exceed the footprint of existing units or expand the floor area of square footage of any unit.
