M., Monday May 5, 1947, with the following members present: Clarence 0. Quam, Chairman; George W. Smith, Commissioner; Orest A. Gerbaz, Commissioner; N. E. Darrow, Assistant County, Attorney; M. M. Neihardt, Clerk. The minutes of the meetings held April 18, 1947 and April 26, 1947 read and approved. The reports of the County Clerk, Clerk District Court and County Judge were presented. The following offers for tax sale certificates and taxes up to and including 1946 were received and ordered published; �Q ,i f5.00 'erts 2057,2174 & 784 for 1910 for 1909 on Lots 9 -11' lock 2 Riverside $15.00 Cert 2057, 1908 for 1907 for Lots 1 -8 Inc Block , Riverside !! 4 8.00 Cert 402 1910 for 1909 on Lot 16 Capitol Hill Motion made seconded and carried that all tnx sale certificates on all or any of Lots N, 0, P, Q, R & S in Block 31 be dd.,oive ed Joseph Sawyer on payment of Assignment fees of 41.000 each, thus cancelling a x s pdnalties and interest thereon; it hwi.ng been the intention to so deliver all tax sale certificates on s aid property at a previous sale to him of tax sale certificates. The County Treasurer was instructed to take title in the name of the County to the following properties: South Half (Lots K to 3 inc) Block 82 All Block 83 (Lots A to I and J to S Inc.) 1 Lots 1 to 17 Inc.
