The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, met at 10:00 A. M., Monday
August 18, 1947, with the following members present: Clarence 0. Quam, Chairman; George
W. Smith, Commissioner; M. M. Neihardt, Clerk, Commissioner Gerbaz having been excused.
The minutes of the meetings of August 4, 1947 and August 8, 1947 were read and approved.
