1 The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado met at 10:00 A.M with the following
embers present: T. J. Sardy, Chairman; Orest A. Gerbaz and C. 0. Quam, Commissioners; C. H.
Darrow, County Attorney; Wm C. Stapleton, Acting Clerk.
The minutes of the Meeting held January 3, 1950 were rea d and approved.
The Clerk was instructed to write the Pitkin County Public Hospital Board for their reccomen-
dation of a member to serve on the Hospital Board in the place of Mr. Curtis Slavens who
rejected his appointment of the last meeting.
I The following Call for Bids was ordered published:
I CALL FOR BIDS
The Call is hereby made for Bids to Paint, Clean, Repair and Decorate the District Court Roor9
and / Or the County Assessors Office in the County Court House at Aspen.
Bids to be submitted to Board of County Commissioners at 10:00 A.M. Monday February 6, 1950
or left with the County Clerk prior to that date.
The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.

Bills covering the above gross amounts in the various Welfare Funds, having been approved by
the Pitkin County Board of Public Welfare, were ordered aid as per lists and vouchers rendered.
