The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado met at 10:00 A. M. February 1
! - 17, 1950 with the following Members present: T.J. Sardy, Chairman; Commissioners C. 0. Quam 1
'-r :nd Crest A. Gerbaz; Wm C. Stapleton acting Clerk. II
Upon reccomendation of the Pitkin County Hospital Board the Board of County Commissioners
:pproved the appointment of Lawrence M. Elisha to serve as a Member of the Hospital Board for
: term of five years ending the second Tuesday of January A.D. 1955. The Clerk was instructed';
o write Mr. Elisha a notice of his appointment.
The resignation of Mr. Kenneth S. Watt as County Treasurer was discussed and upon motion
by Mr. Gerbaz to accept Mr. Watt's resignation duly seconded by Mr. Quam the motion was
duly carried.
The minutes of the meeting held February 6, 1950 were read and approved. l
Bills were audited, approved and ordered paid from the various welfare funds as follows:

Bills covering the above gross amounts in the various Welfare Funds, having been approved by,
the Pitkin County Board of Public Welfare, were ordered paid as per lists and vouchers rendefed
No further business appearing the Board adjourned to meet March 6, 1950 at 10:00 A.M.
