The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado Met November 17, 1950 at 10:00
A.M. with the following members present: T. J. Sardy, Chairman; Commissioners Orest A. Gerbaz,
and C. 0. Quam; Wm C. Stapleton, Acting Clerk.
