Sardy, Chairman; Commissioners C. 0. Quam and ()rest,', . Gerbaz; Wm C. Stapleton, Acting Clerk. The minutes of the meeting held December 18, 1950 were read and approved. The reports of the County Clerk, Clerk of the County Court and Clerk of the District Court ere approved. The report of the Service officer was examined, approved and signed. Upon motion duly seconded and carried the County Treasurer was authorized and instructed to transfer the Balance remaining in the Contingent Fund to the Ordinary County Revenue Fund ii as of December 31,.1950due to increased expenses and unforseen contingencies paid by the Ordinary Fund in the fiscal year 1950.
