The Board of County Commissioners of the County of r`tkin, State of Colorado met at 10 :00
A.M. April 19, 1955 with the following members present; C. 0. Quam, Chairman; Commissioners
T . J. Sardy and Crest A. Gerbaz; Robert Delaney, County Attorney; Wm C. Stapleton, Clerk.
The minutes of the meeting held April 4, 1955 were read and approved.
Bills were audited, approved and ordered paid from the various Welfare Funds as follows:
OLD AGE PENSION FUND $ 5,932.36
PUBLIC WELFARE FUND 1,125.25 •
Bills covering the above gross amounts having been previously approved by the Welfare
Board were ordered paid as per lists and vouchers rendered .
The application of Virginia and Lee Jones Dba 'Woody Creek Store for a 3.2% Beer license
renewal was approved.
The annual Road Report to the Auditor of State was approved and signed.
The Zon'ng Board meeting to be held on this date was adjourned to the Blue Lounge at the
-Jotel Jerome Hotel.
Considerable discussion was had concerning Zon9_ng and a proposed Zoning Plan will be
submitted for consideration to the Board on their meeting May 2, 1955.
4, No further business appearing the Board adjourned to meet May 2, 1955 at 10:00 A.M.
