WHEREAS, Petition was filed by Snowmass- American, for
rezoning from AF-1 to R-30 as shown on map on file in the
Pitkin County Building Department and by reference incorporated
herein,
AND, WHEREAS, all statements in favor of such rezoning,
as well as those in opposition thereto, have been taken into
account and the members of the Pitkin County Planning and
Zoning Commission have met and duly considered the said request
for rezoning,
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Planning
and Zoning Commission that they do hereby find:
Alplan shall be submitted for development_.of the area
before building permits are issued.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the application for
rezoning from AF-1 to R-30 be granted with the above listed
recommendation to be included and that it is recommended
for approvel to the Board of County Commissioners.
Motion was made by Marvin Reynolds; seconded by Storrs
Bishop. Roll Call Vote: Charles Thomas, aye; Storrs Bishop,
aye; Peter Guy,aye; Marvin Reynolds, aye; Henry Pedersen, aye.
