Requesting a Front Yard setback variance of 20 feet where 30 feet is required for an ultimate Front Yard
setback of 10 feet, and a Rear Yard setback variance of 15 feet where 30 feet is required for an ultimate
Rear Yard setback of 15 feet, for the construction of a lower level addition to a single family home. This
parcel contains 38,531 square feet and is located in the AF-10 zone district.
