This application was tabled at the February 3, 2009 meeting. The applicant is requesting a 22.5 foot
Front Yard setback where 30 feet is required, for the construction of a residential garage and overhang.
This requires a 7 foot 6 inch Front Yard setback variance. The parcel contains 15,000 sq ft and is located
in the R-15 zone district.

Requesting Side Yard Setback variances on two adjacent lots where one lot requires a 20 foot Side Yard
setback and the other lot requires a 50 foot Side Yard setback based on their lot sizes. The request is to
re-grade a portion of the two lots across the common side lot line. The proposed re-grading will raise the
grade of the lots more than 30 inches in height within these setbacks.
