RECITALS
1. On September 13, 2000, at a regular board meeting, the Board approved
Ordinance # 39-2000, which approved a modification to the Occupancy Deed Restriction and
Agreement between Pitkin County and the Aspen Valley Hospital District and released its right
of first refusal to purchase the hospital administrator's residence.
2. After reconsideration, it has become clear that the language as amended does not
adequately service the needs of the Hospital District.
NOW, THEREFORE,be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado that the Board hereby rescinds Ordinance # 39-2000 Approving a Modification to the
Occupancy Deed Restriction and Agreement between Pitkin County and the Aspen Valley
Hospital District and Releasing Its Right of First Refusal to Purchase the Hospital
Administrator's Residence
