final settlement for the work contracted to be

Owl Creek Road Hazard Eliminatfon Project,
CDOT Project No. SHO C570.012, CDOT Project
Code: 14669 to Ideal Fencing Company (conVac-
tor), on August 10, 2004. My person, co-partner-
ship, association ot persons, company or corpo-
ration that has tumished labor, ma[erials, team
hire, sustenance, provisions, provender, or other
supplies used or consumed by the Contractor or
his subcontractors in or about the pertormance
of the work contracted to be done or that sup
plies rental machinery, tools, or equipment to the
e�cten[ used in the prosecu[ion of the work,
whose daim theretore has not been paid by the
Contractor or his subcontractors shall file wi[h
the Boazd wri[ten verified notice of such claims
at any time up to and including the time ot tinal
se[tlement first sta[ed above or forever waive any
and all claims, without timitation, pursuant to
1973 CRS 3&2G107, as amended, against the
Board of County Commissioners, Pitkin County,
Colorado and the Project. All claims must be ad-

No[ice is hereby given that on the 17th day
of Augus[, 2005, final settlement will be made by
Pitbn County, for and on account of the contract
of said: Kiewit Western Companies. For the fur-
nishing and installation of Improvements to the
Aspeo-Pitkin County Airport, Schedule(s) 1, 11, 111,
AIP Project No. 308-000327 and any person, co-
parfnership, association or corporation who has
an unpaid lien against said Kiewit Westem Com-
pany for or on account ot the tumishing of labor,
materials, team hire, sustenance, provisioq prow
ender or other supplies used or consumed by •
. such ConVactor or any of the subcontractors in
or about the pertormance of said work, may at
any time up to and including said [ime of Mat
aettlement on said 17th day of Augusy 2005, file
a verified statement in the amount due and un-
paid on accoun[ o( such daim with Pitkin County.
Failure on the part of the claimant to tile such a fi-
nal statement will relieve said Owner from ali and
any liability for such claim.
