NOTICE IS HEREBY GfVEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF THE FOLLOWING
MATTERS OF INTEREST REGARDING THE PITKIN COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS:

RE: EESA LLC/Kaplan Activity Envelope, Site Plan Scenic Review with
,; Vesting, Subdivision Exemption for a Lot Line Adjustment and a Minor Plat
Amendment (Case P133-09} An application submitted by EESA LLC and
Michael and Laura Kaplan (PO Box 9575, Aspen 81612) requesting an Activity
Envelope and Site Plan Approval to redevelop a single family residence and also
proposing to adjust a lot line between Lots 2 and 3 of Castle Creek Ranch
Subdivision. The properties are located at 1886 and 1860 Castle Creek Road
and are legally described as Lots 2 and 3, Castle Creek Ranch Subdivision. The
State Parcel Identification Numbers for the properties are 2735-231-01-003 and
