The following Resolutions on June 9, 2010
Resolution No. 011-2010 - Approving the 1999 RS International Trust
Request for a Reinstatement of Vested Real Property Rights for a parcel
described as Lot 1 of the BOCC approved Lind Koppel Subdivision (PID #
2645-111-01-001. Statutory vested rights for the approval contained herein
are granted pursuant to the Pitkin County Land Use Code and Colorado
Statutes, subject to the exceptions set forth in Pitkin County Land Use Code,
§ 2-20-170 and C.R.S., § 24-68-105. The statutory vested rights granted
herein shall expire on January 27, 2015.
Resolution No. 072 Granting Activity Envelope and Site Plan approval for
the Warren Creek LLC River Restoration Project for a parcel described as:
A parcel situated in Section 20, Township 10 South, Range 84 West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian containing approximately 7.3 acres. Statutory vested
rights for the approval contained herein are granted pursuant to the Pitkin
County Land Use Code and Colorado Statutes, subject to the exceptions set
forth in Pitkin County Land Use Code, § 2-20-170 and C.R.S., § 24-68-105.
The statutory vested rights granted herein shall expire on June 9, 2013

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been submitted by
Thomas Klutznick and Pebble Beach Trust (900 North Michigan Ave,
