RE: Bailor/Timroth - Subdivision Exemption ;�

WHEREAS, an application has bee:n made for subdivision exemption �''
" by Logan Bai7or under Section 4.02.02a.2 in order to permit the sale of �
four acres of land from Ron Timroth, the adjacent land owner, to Bailor, ;3
and �

WNEREAS, the Code allows an exemption if no more than the original �
number of parcels is created, and �
�
WNEREAS, the exemptian would create no m�re than the two original �
parcels resulting in a 4.7 acre parcel to be owned by Bailor and a 6.73 �
acre parcel owned by Timroth, both of which parcels conform to the �;
�� minimum lot requirements of the AF-2 district.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESO4VED by the Board of County Cortmissioners
that the subdivision exemption application be and hereby is approved for
' the boundary line change between the Bailor and Timroth parcels as shown �
on the plat which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Tfie plat �
` conforms to the conditions of approval incorporated in the Board's motion � �
� as adopted December 12, 1977.
