WHEREAS, application has been made by Carolyn Wheeler and Diane f�ystad,
' owners in the Snowmass Springs Subdivision, for an amendment to the Snow-

x mass Springs Subdivision Final Plat, which amendment would vacate an ease-
ment through Lot 2 heretofore used as an access easement far adjoinging
landowners, and � �

WHEREAS, an Easement Vacation Agreer.ient has been recorded at Book 337,
Pages 716-723 in the Clerk and Recorder's Office, and
WHEREAS,. this Board is authorized to grant exemptions from the sub- �
division regulations by resolution under C-R-S 1973, Sec. 30-28-101 (10) (d), Y :
and ^
WHEREAS, this Board finds that the requested plat amendment is not
within the intent and purpose of the subdivision regulation.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners � `
that an exemption from subdivision be and hereby is granted for amendment:; �
to the Snowmass Springs Subdivision Final Plat as shown on the plat attached �
hereto and incorporated herein�
