� �E: ASPEt� AIRPORT BUSINESS CENTER - GENERAL SUBMISSION
FOR REPLAT
_� � :
� WHEREAS, application has been made by John McBride £or a
�' replat of the existing Airport Business Center for the purpose
� o£ amending lot lines and creating sevezal additional lots, and �
WHEREAS, the replat is necessary to correct certain errors
in the original plat which was filed in 1970 and amended in 1974
^�' and to additionally specify new lots for lease purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Cpunty Commissioners considered the
matter at a public hearing on June 12, 1978, and heard the report
of the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission recommending
approval with conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS:
That the general submission application for a replat of the
� Aspen Airport Business Center be and hereby is approved subject
� to the following conditions:
� 1. ihat in Block 5, Lots 3 and 2 and in Block 1 Lot 4.

v the lot lines which cross American Road be deleted. ,
; 2. That easements be shown on the plat as follows: �
� a. An easement £or all utilities located on the lot x
line between Lots 7 and 4B and between Lots 6 and 5,
Block 5.
b. A water easement over Lots 9A and B, Block 5.
3. That a five-foot utility easement be shown on the glat
around each lot, i
