RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COI,ORADO,
CONCERNING OVERNIGHT PARKING AT
- FISAERMANS PAREC
Resolution NO. 78-'l0
WHEREAS, Fishermans Park is a main access point for
fishermen, kayakers, hikers, and horseback riders, and
WHEREAS, overnight parkers are creating an overcrowding
of the existing lot making access difficult for the afore-
mentioned users,
, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, TFIAT, it shall be ,
illegal to park overnight at the Fishermans Park parking lot,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, TIiAT, violators will be towed at
the owner's expense.
ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
