RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS �
OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, GRANTING A SPECIAL REVIEW REQUEST �
TO THE MUSIC ASSOCIATES OF ASPEN FOR THE �
EXPANSION OF THEIR MUSIC HALL ON CASTLE CREEK
RESOLUTION NO. 78-�
_. WHEREAS, the Music Assoc:iates of Asnen have applied to
the Soard of Countv Commissioners for snecial review nermission
to exnand their music hall on Castle Creek by the addition of
. .
two bathrooms, and
WIiEREAS, according to Section 3.03 of the Pitkin County
Land Use Code a school is a special review use in the AF-1 zone
' and the addition must also receive approval through the special
� review process, and the Planning and Zoning Commission considered
z
f the request on May 3, 1978, at which time the application was
fF, approved without condition, and
� WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed
� the recommendation of the Commission, and
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY TAE BOARD OF COUNTY

COMMISSIONS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, that it does hereby
affirm the actions of the Planning and Zoning Commission and

� approve the application of the Music Associates of Aspen to � .
expand their music hall on Castle Creek by the addition of two ,�
bathrooms. �

County, Colorado, at its regular meeting held July 24, 1978.
