REVIEW REQllEST TD MR. DON DAVIDSON FOR AN ADDITION �
TO HIS DUPLEX ON LOT 67, MOUNTAIN VALLEY �

41HEREAS, Mr. Don Davidson has submitted an application for approval, �`•,
�
pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.13 of the Pitkin County Land Use
Code, for the addition of approximately 350 square feet to his existing
duplex on Lot 67, Mountain Valley Subdivision, Filing 2, and �
WHEREAS, the area and bulk requirements of Section 3.03 of the Pitkin �
,��. '
County Land Use Code requires there to be a minimum of two parking spaces
for each dwelling unit located in the R-15 zone, and
WHEREAS, the County En9ineer has conducted a site inspection of said �
property and determined that the parking space availa6le is only adequate
fior the parking of three automobiles, and
' WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the request on
June 7, 1978, at which time the application was approved but subject to the
construction of an additional parking space, and
WHEREAS, the Board ofi County Cortmissioners has reviewed tfie recommenda- �
tion of the Comnission, and the evidence, and testimony presented with re- �
spect to the application, ;
NOW, 7HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Cortmissioners
af Pitkin Gounty, Colorado, that it does hereby affirm the actions of the
Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission and grant approval of the
special review request of Mr. Don Davidson hereinabove described. �
