3.' A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL
! FUND TO THE BUS FUND

i WHEREAS, the County has received a $16,000 gran£ from
i
,� UMTA to perform a Transportation Development Prograin Study and,
__. t
z WHEREAS, the cost of the study will be $22,155 and,

WHEREAS, the City of Aspen will contribute one-half of
�
`� the cost in excess of the grant for the study and the County
� Commissioners will contribute from their consulting budget the
E remaining half of the excess cost and,
WHEREAS, it was not forseen at the time of the preparation
� of the 1978 budget that the County would receive this grant.

� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
�
j Commissioners of the County of Pitkin that:

1. The Bus fund revenues be increased by $22,155 as a
� grant from UMTA for $16,000, a $3077.50 contribution from
{
the City of Aspen and a $3077.50 transfer from the General
�und expenditures be increased $22,155.
� ! 2. Expenditures in the Commissioners Consulting budget
� in the General Fund be decreased by $3,077.50 and
- expenditures for transfers in the General Fund be increased
by $3,077.50 for a transfer to the Bus fund.
