:� WHEREAS, the Board of County Cammissioners held a public hearing on
._ ; <
� September 25, 1978, to consider the special review application to change
"�. � the location of a temporary bub6le structure at the Aspen Racquet Club,

WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval at
their August 9, 1978 meeting subject to the condition of working out a
# satisfactory access change, and
p
s WHEREAS, the Soard finds that the change in location wi21 improve the
appearance of the tennis club and wi1l not adversely be affected by t6e
noise and flight paths generated by the airport although the use is located
within the Initial Airport Impact Zone.
NOW, TEiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that
the change in location of the bubble to cover three tennis courts (numbers
7, 8, and 9) instead of two be and hereby is approved subject to:
1. The time li.mitations (October through May} for use of the bubble
structure as approved by the Board o£ Adjustment remain in full
force and effect.
2. That access to the Racquet Club be changed to Owl Creek Road
by July 15; 1979, or thia permit ahall be automatically revoked.
