VIHEREAS, the Boaxd �f County Commissioners did, in its Re-
� solution No. 78-72, rezone a six acre parcel of land adjacent to ��
� Highway 82, at Gerbazdale,from AF-2 to Transportation (TR) all �;
�
:� as more particularly described in said Resolution No. 78-72, and "
� WHEREAS, the Board, in granting said rezoninq, conditioned ��
�:�
�
� the same as follows: �
� 1. That the zone district shall terminate on October �'
� 15, 1978; �"r�
� 2. That the primary function of the site shall be �
�i promotion of auto disincentive measures by the
� distribution of information about alternative
transportation modes and by the distribution of
information about activities and lodging. Such
restrictions shall be incorporated in the lease „
agreement between the owner (Pitkin County), and �
the lessee, the Aspen Chamber of Commerce and �
Snowmass Resort Association; �.
3. The uses permitted in the Zone District shall be f�
a bus stop, intercept parking, and public informa- i
tion booth; and ��'

4. The area and bulk requirements shall be 220 square �
feet of floor area for the public information booth, �•
' 15 spaces of parking, a 28 foot height limit, and �
� 64 foot highway set-back; and �

WHEREAS, the Board wishes to repeal the first condition �:
�� and provide that the "TR" zoning shall be for a period coterminous E'`

with the leasing of the subject property to the Aspen Chamber of �f

� NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- -

missioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, that condition its Resblution

No. 76-72 be amended by the repeal of the first condition of re- �?_.

zoning itemized therein and that said condition be readopted to

read as follows:
