RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF AMENDMENT N0. 3 TO THE GRANT AGREE- 1
MENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF PITKIN, COLORADO AND THE UNITED STATES OF �
AMERICA RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ASPEN-PITKIN COUNTY AIRPORT,
UNDER ADAP PROJECT N0. 6-OS-0003-04. !

WHEREAS, the United States of America has issued an amendment to the �
grant agreement relating to the above nwnbered project, �
WHEREAS, the United States of America has agreed ta the amendment to j
the grant agreement, now, therefore, ;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of �
Pitkin, Colorado: !
{Section 1. That the County of Pitkin, Colorado, shall accept the �
amendment to�the grant agreement between the County of Pitkin, Colorado, �
and the United States of America.
Section 2. That the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners �
is hereby authorized to execute said amendment to the grant agreement on
behalf of the County of Pitkin, Colorado, and the County Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to impress thereon the official seal of the ` �
County of Pitkin, Colorado, and to attest said execution.
�
Section 3. A true copy of tfie amendment to the grant agreement �
referred to is attached hereto, incorporated herein, and by reference �
made a part hereof.
