c2sy o€ ,����T_, 1978, by and between BALLET WEST and the BOARD '
OF COLTNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PTTKIN COUNTY, COLORADO (hereinafter re- �
ferred to as tiie "Countg"):
�11 3 T 1�S E S S E T H:
L9HEREAS, the County and Ballet West wish to promote cultural
activities for the citizens of Pitkin County, and
WHEREAS, a practice surface fl.00r appropriate for ballet
would be of benefit to hoth Ba11et West and the County, and
WHEREAS, Ballet West is willing to purchase and install said'
floor for joint use, and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to establish a method of payment
for this service
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to
be derived herefrom, the parties hereto agree as follows:
Section 1. Services to be Performed
A) Ballet West shall purchase and install practice surface flooring !

for the Main Tent in Snowmass Village to measure 4� by SQ feet.
B) The flooring facilities shall be available for community use when
Ballet West is not in Snowmass.

C) Ballet West shall continue to offer ballet programs which will �
provide a cultural opportunity for Pitkin County residents. �

D) Ballet West will offer reduced rate residential instruction �
during the season. �

Section 2. Payment for Services Performed �

A) Pitkin County agrees to pay Ballet West a maximum of $3,000 upon i
receipt of verification of expenditures incurred to purchase practice �

surface flooring and upon delivery of title for service to. Pitkin �
