j�� OF PITRIN COUNTY, COLORADO, her�inafter referred to as "County",
and PITICIN PORTAGE COMPANY, a partnership, consisting of BRZAN

J. BLANCHARD, DAVID-W—HUGHE5, and RANDY GOLD, hereinafter

reffered to as "Concessionaire", whereby it is stipulated and

agreed as follows.
RECITALS
1. The County is the owner of the terminal facilities :
�, located at Sardy Field, the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, and
� wishes to lease a portion of such f.erminal facilities for the
��, purpose of supplying magazine and news services to the public.
2. The Concessionaire is presently providing food
� service at the terminal and wish to expand its service to
`� include a magazine and news service to be operated within the
�
food service area.

3. The parties wish to enter into an agreement describing j �
� i
� the services and consideration to be supplied by the Concession- �
� �.
� aire and the corresponding obliqations of the County, and do so
�
by amendment to that "Food Service Agreement" dated May 9,
�
1977 to which each is a party. �

In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived ��

:,� herefrom, it is agreed by the parties hereto as follows: i,�

and news concession on those premises and under those terms

� 2. As consideration for the franchise herein granted, t

� Concessionaire agrees to pay an additional rental equal to 5$ �
'� of the gross receipts realized from the sale of the maqazine and �
� news materials for which this franchise is granted. Amounts ,
� due the County hereunder shall be registered oi� the "Tax" key �
� on Concessionaire's cash register and subject to the same �
� accounting and verification procedures established in the Agreement. �
4� 3. All sales shall be made within the premises described �

'v', in the Agreement and operated as part of the food service therein � -:

f�� authorized known as "The Culinary Corner". All material sold �
s� shall be displayed only in racks which have received the �.;

.� prior approval of the airport manager.
3� 4. This Addendum shall extend for a term coterminous

� with the term of the Agreement (including renewals thereof}

and shall be binding upon and extend to the heirs, personal
representatives, successors and assigns of the respective
parties thereto and become a part of said Agreement to the
same extent as if actually contained therein.
