� OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" �'
� and TELEMARK SYSTEMS INC., P.O. Box 392, Broomfield, Colorado �
;� 80020, hereina£ter referred to as "Lessee". ¢

�� W I T N E S S E T H: �
��i THAT for and in consideration of the rental herein agreed �;

$ to be paid by Lessee to Lessor and the covenants and aqreements �
� herein agreed to be kept and performed, Lessor hereby leases �

� to Lessee for the term hereinafter designated, the following
� described area: ��

i 1. A wall space not to exceed ten (10) square feet
� located in each terminal entrance area (fo er �

� to be approved by the acting Airport Manager prior to install-
� ation by the Lessee. i�
� � 2. The term of this Lease shall be from the Ist �;

day of xovember , 1978 to and until the 31st day of �'
• October , 19 79 and Lessee agrees to pay Lessor as �

rent £or the term aforesaid, the sum of thirty-three and one

� third (33 1/3$) percent of Lessee's monthly revenues payable ,:��

in fu11, in advance, on the lst day of each month commencing �� s

3. It is agreed that Lessee shall be authorized to �`-&

install an automatic dialing unit known as a "telemark" in

said location, and that Lessee further agrees to be responsible
{ for all maintenance, installation and all monthly telephone
charges incurred by the telemark unit. �'�
4. It is further agreed that at the termination of the

Lease or at the expiration of any continuance thereof, the
Lessee agrees to remove said installation at its expense and -

to restore said wall space to its original condition, normal
wear excepted.
5. Lessee agrees to charge fair, reasonable and not
unjustly discriminatory prices for service provided and agrees
to furnish service on a fair, equal and not unjustly dis-
criminatory basis to all users thereof.
6. It is further agreed that if this Agreement is not `
cancelled by either the Lessee or the Lessor within ten (10)
days after the expiration date, then the Lease Agreement, in
its entirety, shall.be automatically renewed for an additional
one (1) year period.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
