convey unto the Board of Covnty Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado, party of the second part, its successors and assigns,
the folZowing property, goods an$ chattels, to wit:
One metal sculpture known as the Conquistadoz
presently located south of the Pitkin County
Courthouse, Aspen, Colorado,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, unto the said party of the •
second part, its successors and assigns, forever. And the said
party o£ the first part, for himself, his heirs, administrators,
. successors or assigns, coveriants and. agrees to and with the said
. party oE the second part, its successors and assings, to warrant
and defend the sale of said property, goods and chattels, hereby
made unto the said party of the second part, its successors and
� assigns, against all and every person or person whomsoever. .
THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART AGREES, as aonsideration for
• the above conveyance, to make payment therefor in the £ollowing
manner: �
: Four Thousand ($4,000.00) Dollars at the ti.me
of execution and delivery of this Bill of Sale
Three Thousand ($3,000.00) on or before March �
1, 1979.
. . The remaining Three Thousand ($3,000,00) on or
before March 1, 1980.
THE FOREGOING BILL OF SALE and all its terms and conditions
were approved by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin

• reserving to the Board, however, the riqht to terminate the same,
