Pitkin, have several concerns pertaining to the general policies and ;
conduct of business of Colorado Counties, Inc., of which Pitkin i`

WHEREAS, the Business Session of a recent Annual Meeting did �:

not provide enough time to discuss said concerns; and ?I

WI�REAS, said concerns are of a financial, personnel and policy (
nature of possible interest to the many county members of Colorado �
Counties, Inc., and it does not appear in the public interest to delay i

consideration of such concerns until the next Annual Meeting; and �:

Colorado Counties, Inc., provides for the convening of Special �

Meetings at the request of ten (10) me�nbers. � .

- . NOW, TE�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Pitkin County hereby requests � !;� -
a Special Meeting of Colorado Counties, Inc., to be held no later ��
than March 11, 1977; and ii

� BE IT FURTf�R RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Colorado ?�.

Counties, Inc., shall allow any member county to place items on the �,

agenda for discussion at said Special Meeting no later than ten {10) �I
