A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL SUMS OF
MONEY TO DEFRAY EXPENSES IN EXCESS OF AMOUMTS BUDGETED � -`

,� FOR PITKIM COUNTY FOR THE BUDGET YEAR 1977 ;

WHEREAS, the improvements in the basement of the Courthouse are ex- j`
,
pected to exceed the amounts budgeted by approximately $10,500. �.<:,.
WHEREAS, these expenditures are a contingency which could not have been i :
reasonably foreseen at the time of adoption of the 1977 budget. (
WHEREAS, there are unaapropriated suralus in the Generat Fund to be
used for such purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED:
General Fund _
That the budgeted Revenues for the GeneraT Fund be increased by $10,500
by a transfer from fund balance and that the budgeted Fxpenditures in the
Courthouse Renovation department of the General Fund be also increased by
� $10,500 for the ne anticipated renovation costs.
