RESOLUTION N0. 77 - � " �
RE: Demers Subdivision Exemption
WHEREAS, a request has been made by Ms. Joan Demers for exemption `;
from the term subdivision for purpose of combining and resubdividing lots
5, 6, and 7, Filing II, Meadowwood Subdivision, and }:
WHEREAS, authority for the grant of this exemntion is found under
V
Section 4.02.02 a. II, and
WHEREAS, this exemption and resubdivision request will result in '
�:
two dwelling units as opposed to three that wou�d occur under existing u
�-
conditions, and
�

WHEREAS, by the zoning of this area as R-30 in March, 1974, there R'
was the clear interest expressed in reducing density within the Meadowwood x
Subdivision and such an exemption is consistent with the policy stated in �
$
March, ?974, and �
�
WHEREAS, at a meeting heid June 7, 1977,fheBoard of Trustees �
of the Meadowwood Homeowners' Association gave approval to this action. �
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners �
that the Demers application for exemption from definition of subdivision �
for the purpose of recombining Lots 5, 6 and 7 Filing II, Meadowwood �
and further resubdivision into two lots be approved with the understanding �'
that the three lots in question shall be further divided along the westerly � `
side of the 10 foot sewer easement which splits Lot 6 and that this line
shall constitute the new boundary between Lot 5 and the building site �
that will occur to the west of Lot 5 and that this buiiding site shall �
be indicated as Lot 7, Meadowwood Filing II. h
