RESOLUTTON OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE PITKIN COUNTY
HOUSING AUTHORITY RECOGNIZING ADDITIONAL REVEN[JES AND APPROPRI-

ATING THE SAME FOR CONSTRUCTZON OF THE MIDLAND PAitK PROJECT

WHEREAS, The Pitkin County Housing Authority has undertaken 3
�
the construction of a moderate cost housing project called the �
Midland Park Project and, pursuant to Resolution Number 77-132 � '
dated October 27, 1977, has borrowed $2,300,000.00 from the
Central Bank of Denver to oover the costs of such project (in-
�� terim financing) , and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate at this time to adjust the 1977 �
� budget of the Authority to reflect these additional (unexpected) $.
revenues and expenditures,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOARD OF COMMISSIONERS �
OF THE PITKIN COUNTY HOUSING AIITHORITY that the 1977 budget �
of the Authority be amended in the following manner: �
� I l. An increase in revenues in the amount of $2,300,000.00 �'

Yepresenting loan proceeds from Central Bank of Denver �
�
borrowed pursuant to the provisions of Resolution Number �=
�
' : � 77-132. �
� 2. An increase in expenditures in the amount of $2,100,000.00 �
, ( appropriated for purposes of constructing the Midland �
Park Housing Project. �
